Vacancy for Administrator

We are currently recruiting for  number of Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis in Glasgow. 

As Administrator you will be responsible for supporting our field based installation teams and undertake key office administration tasks. This includes collating and inputting data into bespoke internal and external systems using a central system for co-ordinating our field teams and providing information to all levels of management. You will also engage with our customers in a pre/post installation call, collating and preparing daily reports in a timely and accurate manner as per the requirements of our various clients and in accordance with McNicholas internal audit specifications.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar position along with strong IT and communication skills, you will be confident in your approach to work and have the ability to work as part of a team
